The IronPython project now has its own web site located at ironpython.net. Previously the .NET implementation of the Python language was only available via Microsoft's Codeplex site. The new site features an obligatory IronPython overview and links to documentation, support pages and download information, including release notes.

The latest stable release of IronPython is version 2.6 Release Candidate (RC) 3 from the 20th of November. IronPython is released under the Microsoft Public License (Ms-PL). A release date for the final version of IronPython 2.6 has yet to be announced.
