The Zend PHP forge has released the stable version 1.10.0 of its framework for developing PHP applications. In addition to several new features listed in the announcement, the current version of the Zend Framework also offers reworked documentation with newly structured sections and new tutorials. The developers now offer a version-specific manual as well as API documentation for every minor revision such as 1.10, 1.9, 1.8 etc. to facilitate the use of older versions.

The current version 1.4 of the Dojo JavaScript library has also been integrated. The Zend_Tool framework has been given a major overhaul to fix several bugs and bottlenecks. Among the added new features are a new Command Line (CLI) runner and new providers for model, layout, and form generation as well as DbAdapter set-up.
