Cyberduck 4.1 includes new WebDAV engine

Version 4.1 of the open source Cyberduck File Transfer Protocol (FTP) client has been released for Mac OS X and Windows. The more notable changes in the point update include the new web-based Distributed Authoring and Versioning (WebDAV) protocol implementation and support for IPv6 on Windows systems.

Cyberduck 4.1 also offers improved compatibility with cloud storage services Cloudfront and Amazon S3, support for trackpad gestures for navigation and selection on Mac OS X, and updates to the user interface (UI) on Windows – support for Windows was added in version 4.0. Other changes include an option to set Cyberduck the default client on Windows, localisation updates, content distribution network (CDN) configuration changes, and the addition of options to sort bookmarks by nickname, hostname or protocol. A number of bugs affecting, for example, extended character sets on Windows and SSL version number incompatibility have also been fixed.

Cyberduck supports protocols including FTP secured over SSL / TLS (FTP / TLS), SSH Secure File Transfer (SFTP) and WebDAV. Hosted on trac.cyberduck.ch, Cyberduck source code is made available under version 2 of the GNU General Public License (GPLv2).
