EuroPython Logo The EuroPython organisers have published the conference schedule for this year's European Python Conference taking place from the 17th to the 24th of July in Birmingham, UK at the Birmingham Conservatoire. The event for the Python programming language community, including the Django, Zope and Plone communities, will include more than 100 talks, tutorials, sprints and social events.

The Keynotes page on the EuroPython.eu Wiki has yet to be updated and still lists the 2009 keynote speakers, but the Conference Timetable lists this year's confirmed speakers, which includes OSI Board member and ForgeRock Chief Strategy Officer Simon Phipps and Web Standards Project member Bruce Lawson.

The event has been split into three sections, the first will be taking place on the 17th and 18th of July and include tutorials focusing on Python training. The main conference will run from the 19th to the 22nd and will be followed by sprints on Friday the 23rd and Saturday the 24th.

A list of talks is also available on the EuroPython web site. Those interested in attending EuroPython 2010 are advised to register as soon as possible. Standard registration costs £215. Student and accepted speaker discounts are also available.
