Commercial support now available for Nagios

Nagios Enterprises, founded by Nagios creator Ethan Galstad, is now offering commercial support services for the open source network monitoring system. Support services are available for the US and European markets via email, an online help desk and by telephone. In addition to Nagios Core, the commercial support also covers plug-ins and core Open Source Nagios add-ons such as NSCA (Nagios Server Check Acceptor) server and NRPE (Nagios Remote Plug-in Executor).

The company is offering Basic and Standard annual support plans, with prices starting at $2,495. Several platforms are supported, including Red Hat, Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora and openSUSE. More information about the packages can be found in the Support Plan Fact sheetPDF. Nagios also recently released version 3.1.1 of Nagios Core to address several bugs and a critical vulnerability.
