Month of SPAM: McAfee runs worldwide experiment

Antivirus vendor McAfee is running a novel SPAM monitoring project. Forty-nine volunteers from ten countries have agreed to browse and buy on the web for 30 days without spam protection.

Each volunteer has been given a blog in which the individual's experiences can be recorded. Although the experiment is nearing its end (the "welcome" entries in the blogs date from 10th and 12 March) no other information has yet been posted by anyone.
