Security company Websense has reported that a collection of malware are encamped on the servers of Samsung Telecommunications. One of these is a trojan horse that among other actions turns off antivirus software and installs a keylogger intended to spy on online banking access data.

How and when the programs were planted there remains unclear. The web sites contained no code seeking to sneak programs onto visitors' computers; more likely the corresponding download links were distributed via Instant Messaging, email and similar methods. Websense has informed the site's operator in the USA and the server is currently unavailable.
