Individual ISOs and enterprise support from BackTrack

On a new web site, the BackTrack developers have announced the availablity their new enterprise support. The BackTrack system is one of the most popular ways of testing security, but many organisations and companies have been unable to use it as their internal IT policies required that any such program must be covered by a support contract. Many corporations that use BackTrack had contacted the development team and asked for support contracts.

Also on the new web site, the developers are offering support for a paid "ISO Creation Engine", which allows a user to create customised images of the distribution. The user can, for example, select particular groups of packages to be included in the ISO image, upload graphics to customise the appearance and add specialised drivers . The developers have produced a video that demonstrates the procedure for creating an ISO image.
