That is the difference between malicious hackers/criminals and
security researchers. Hackers/Criminals are willing to commit a crime
and hope they don't get caught. They don't care for attention or
credit.
Security researchers want recognition. They want to "obey the law."
Kill one save 100,000.
What is needed is a cross between the two. A security researcher not
afraid to take chances with the law for the better good.
