Hi!

The 404 errors are caused by Microsoft's update catalog file, which
contains invalid URLs. Fortunately, for any invalid URL a valid
static one has been added to c't offline update, so the patch will be
downloaded anyway.

I've never seen this failing registry access attempt by Microsoft's
fciv tool, but I think you can ignore this message.
