Downloading language specific updates for windows Vista 27 May 2009 14:43

I would like to know if it is possible to download language specific
updates for vista. I’m using Greek vista and when I upgraded to IE8
the interface was in English. I had to manually uninstall IE8 and
download the ell to upgrade.

IE8 is just an example I suspect that other patches need to be in the
native language of the os.

If there is a workaround pleas let me know.
