Do you have to restart the system multiple times when using Offline Update?? 09 March 2008 18:41

I know that when doing a standard WinXP install and the Windows
Update tool, the system has to restart many times after each update
is installed.  Is this the case for using Offline Update tool also? 
If so, whats the benefit of using Offline Update rather than not
having to connect to the net when updating?
