"Erst Riesenenttäuschung und dann super gelöst vom Kundensservice"

Ich habe mir a, 27.07. ein Asus TF700, in Deutschland bekannt als Infinity Pad, gekauft. Zuhause mit Vorfreude ausgepackt, geladen und gestartet. Habe ein Spiel gespielt und dann zum laden in den Dock gesetzt. Aber der Riegel vom Dock rastete nicht ein. So ein leckerer Apfelkuchen!

Also heute zurück zum Laden gefahren und das Problem geschildert. Nach ca. 30min Wartezeit habe ich ein neues Gerät als Austausch bekommen. Sehr sehr gut!
