"Ein sehr zufriedener Kunde"

Bin mit der Kundenbetreuung bei notebook.de sehr zufrieden!!!

Ich hatte vorgestern ein netbook bestellt. 15 min nach der Bestellung rief mich ein sehr netter Mitarbeiter an und sagte mir, dass das Gerät leider nicht in dieser Farbe verfügbar ist und bot mir gleich eine andere Farbe an. ich akzeptierte die Farbe und heute hab ich das Gerät per UPS schon bekommen. Lieferumfang und Verpackung war TOP.


Habe vergessen noch zu sagen, dass der Preis auch sehr fair war 299€
