"Trotz Internetanzeige und telefonischer Voranfrage, Gerät doch nicht auf Lager!"

Ich habe neulich für ein bestimmtes Notebook bei dem Händler angerufen. Im Internet stand "sofort lieferbar" Man hat mir telefonisch zugesagt, dass mehrere Geräte auf Lager seien. Daraufhin habe ich die Bestellung getätigt. Ich habe dann mit Kreditkarte bezahlt. Das bedeutet, das Geld war im Prinzip sofort da.

Nach 4 Tagen habe ich noch mal telefonisch nachgefragt, da sagte man mir, das Gerät sei noch mit UPS zu dem Händler unterwegs! Super, also
klassisch gelogen, was den Lagerbestand anbelangte. Dann dauerte es natürlich noch ein paar Tage länger bis das Gerät dann bei mir eintraf.

Die Versandkosten sind relativ hoch (natürlich weiß man das auch im Vorfeld schon; trotzdem muß ich es nicht gut finden).

Der Rest der Abwicklung war O.K. Das Gerät war gut verpackt. Es läuft auch bisher super.

In Zukunft würde ich mir gut überlegen dort noch mal zu bestellen.
