"Markt geht anders"

tradoria zeigt deutlich die die Schwächen des Konzepts: Sobald etwas mit einer Bestellung nicht klappt, wird der schwarze Peter zwisch Plattform und Händler hin und her geschoben und der Kunde ist der dumme. Konkret: Ich habe ein angeblich sofort lieferbares Produkt bestellt und per paypal bezahlt. Nachdem nach einer Woche noch immer nichts geliefert war und das online gezeigte voraussichtliche Versanddatum weit überschritten war, versuchte ich, den Händler per mail und telefonisch zu erreichen: keine Reaktion. Dann tradoria per mail: keine Reaktion. Telefonisch bei Tradoria: "Ja, wir schreiben dem Händler, bitte warten Sie eine Woche."

Fazit: rel. teuer, unzuverlässig, offenbar keine Qualitätskontrolle der Händler, schlechte Kundenbetreuung. Mein Tip: Kaufe, woanders, wenn es geht.
