Ich habe mir eine Dreambox 8000 HD bei der Firma Hotze bestellt.
Vor meiner Bestellung hatte ich noch einige Fragen, wie - welche Festplatte bzw. welches DVD Laufwerk soll ich einbauen usw.
Mein Mail wurde innerhalb von 3 Stunden und ausserhalb der üblichen Geschäftszeiten mehr als ausführlich inklusive Angebot für die von mir gewünschten Zubehörteile beantwortet.
Die Preise waren so günstig, das ich die Box gleich samt eingebauten Zubehör bestellte. Die Lieferung erfolgte prompt wie zugesagt sofort nach Zahlungseingang.
Leider hatte meine Box aber zwei Erzeugerbedingte Mängel, die nicht der Verteiberfirma angelastet werden können.
Ein kurzer anruf bei der Firma Hotze und die Rücksendeformalitäten und die Reservierung einer neuen Box waren geklärt.
Nach Umbau der Festplatte und des DVD Laufwerkes wurde die neue Box noch eines 24 Studen Dauertests unterzogen.
Die Rücksendung funktionierte so zuverlässig wie die Erstlieferung.
Meine neue Box funtioniert jetzt einwandfrei, und ich kann die Firma Hotze nur jedem weiter empfehlen, der neben einem günstigen Preis ein kompetentes, promptes Service sucht.
