"Super Service"

Habe eben den Kenwood Cooking Chef gekauft - ein riesen Gerät, dass nicht nur über 20kg wiegt, sondern auch noch in unhandliche 60x60cm verpackt ist. Um die genaue Größe zu erfahren (passt das auf mein Nachziehwagerl und in die Strassenbahn?), habe ich in der Zentrale angerufen und sofort sehr nette und kompetente Auskunft erhalten - äußerst zuvorkommend und sympatisch. Fazit ist, jetzt bekomme ich das Gerät kostenlos in wenigen Stunden bis vor die Haustüre transportiert - DAS nenne ich Kundenservice, wow O_o

Den Shop kann ich wirklich nur weiter empfehlen.
