"Firma lockte mit tollem Angebot, welches gar nicht existierte"

Wollte vor Weihnachten die Festplatte TranscendStoreJet 25D2 320GB um €59,90 kaufen, ein tolles Angebot (um €20 billiger als andere Firmen).

1) Bestellung im Shop: laut Firma 2-4 Tage Lieferzeit, als ich die Angestellte fragte, ob dass Produkt innerhalb einer Werkswoche auch wirklich verfügbar wäre (Weihnachtsgeschenk!: das wird sich nie ausgehen (unfreundlicher Tonfall)!

2)nach 14 Tagen ohne Nachricht schrieb ich ein mail, welches von der Firma nie beantwortet wurde.

3)also bin ich in den Verkaufsshop in die Schmiedgasse(Graz)und fragte mit meiner Bestellbestätigung nach, mit der Antwort, dass normalerweise keine Festplatten im Sortiment wären. Aber der Veräufer, bot mir an er würde bei seiner Kollegin nachfragen, und mich anschließend telefonisch informieren.

4)Sieben Stunden und 3 Anrufversuche später, bekam die Auskunft, dass das Produkt nie verfügbar war.


......ein schönes LOCKANGEBOT, was sich als FAKE herausstellte. Zusätzlich, bei diesem Kundenservice, werde ich bei dieser Firma nie wieder bestellen!!
