über die trackingnummer steht bei der post aber:

15.10.2012 19:20:29 sender has provided electronic shipment information

was bedeutet, dass zwar das paket elektronisch vorngemeldet wurde, jedoch noch nicht der post übergeben wurde. also: 5 tage bis "pseudoversendet" und timestamps bzw statusmeldung passen nicht zusammen.

man ist vl von amazon verwöhnt, unter "sofort lieferbar" stell ich mir aber was anderes vor. das is mehr "in etwa einer woche versandfertig".

wir bedauern, dass sich die Auslieferung verzögert hat. Wir haben innerhalb von 48 Stunden ab Bestellzeitpunkt und Zahlungseingang die Ware aus unserem Logistikzentrum verschickt. Warenausgang war am 12.10.2012. Die Auslieferung erfolgt aus dem Lager in Deutschland. Die OEP holt nur dreimal wöchentlich Sendungen ab und der Sendestatus wird erst aktualisiert, wenn die Ware in AT eingescannt wurde.
Kundenzufriedenheit ist unser oberstes Gebot. Uns liegt sehr viel daran, Sie als zufriedenen Kunden zu behalten und Sie können versichert sein, dass wir stets bemüht sind, unseren Service ständig zu verbessern.
Wir entschuldigen uns abschließend für die Verzögerung.
Wir danken Ihnen für die Bestellung und das damit entgegengebrachte Vertrauen.
