"WARNUNG: Kein Tausch defekter Produkte!"

Eine nachweislich defekte Grafikkarte wurde nicht getauscht. Stattdessen wird behauptet, sie sei in Ordnung. Das Testprotokoll wird jedoch auch nach Androhung rechtlicher Schritte geheim gehalten. Die ergebnislose Überprüfung und der Rückversand werden in Rechnung gestellt. Ich habe widersprochen, da die Karte nachweislich defekt ist. Daraufhin hat Overclockers UK gedroht, daß die Karte bei Nichtbegleichung der Rechnung nach sechs Monaten ZERSTÖRT wird. Gegen diese ILLEGALEN Praktiken setze ich mich derzeit zur Wehr. Ich habe meine Rechtsschutzversicherung mit diesem Fall beauftragt.
