Hello,

Allow me to describe my personal experience using this online store.
Prior ordering the responses i had gotten were supportive and bit fast (mostly between 24h).
Since their site and online shop is well made for company's orders, so i proceeded in ordering 2 items.
I was surprised after finding that they haven't noted my phone number on delivery package and UPS couldn't locate me.
I had to call to UPS to ask for my package, that was how i realised that my phone wasn't noted on, and had to travel to receive my package since they have tried many times to locate me without result.

Another annoying matter is that they don't respond to my messages, firstly asking when my order would be shipped and an estimated delivery date and secondly, after order delivery, asking them for a promotion which one of the ordered item's is offering through the merchant.

I doubt if i ll ever use this store again, or if i ll propose it in the future, and i hope i will not be needing their services for RMA. Know there is always the EU legal way to follow, but since i ve done it in the past it takes much time, which most if the times, i don't have spare to spent.

Dear G K,

thanks for your response. We are sorry to hear that you discovered problems with your shipment. The problem has been, there wasn't enough space anymore on the label, it's generated by system. So we can't add the phone number automatically. For that we provide a tracking number, using this number you can get in contact with your local UPS service, when needed.

We will get in contact too, when needed and help our customer.

Your parcel has been shipped on weekend, so we need time to answer your e-mail, earliest on monday, this might have been the delay. Sorry for the waiting time, but the parcel has been delivered within 3 working days.
