"Urteil: "Fast perfekt""

Ich habe am Donnerstag vor Ostern ein HTC Legend für 349 € bestellt. Bezahlung erfolgte per Vorkasse, da sofort verfügbar. Am Samstag Lieferbarkeit geändert (2-3 Tage). Am Dienstag Verfügbarkeit in "kein Termin bekannt" geändert. Da ich dieses bei Vorkassenzahlungen schon oft erlebt habe, setzte bei mir schon Enttäuschung ein. Am Mittwoch dann Bestätigung des Zahlungseinganges mit dem Hinweis auf die Bearbeitung durch die Versandstelle. Am Donnerstag Lieferbarkeit wieder 2-3 Tage. Am Freitag kam dann die langerwartete Versandankündigung. DHL lieferte pünktlich am Samstag.
Abschließend kann ich festellen, dass dieser Shop absolut seriös arbeitet und informiert und das trotz der Kampfpreise, oft muss man ja für guten Service 20-30 € mehr zahlen. Einzige Kritikpunkte wären, die nicht besonders aussagefähigen Bearbeitungsstatusangaben wie "neue Bestellung" sowie keine Angabe von Trackingcodes.
Trotzdem bekommt Ashop.tv von mir eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. Weiter so!
