17) "KEINE Teillieferungen"

Firma ist nicht bereit Teillieferungen zu tätigen!

In den AGB der Firma steht "Teillieferungen sind zulässig. Der Versandkostenanteil wird dann selbstverständlich nur einmal berechnet." Dies bedeutet die Firma darf Teillieferungen machen. Das bedeutet aber auch, daß sie es nicht muss (will). Auf Anfrage wurde bei einer Bestellung von 4 Artikel (Wert 145,-EURO), trotz "Lieferzeit unbestimmt" bei 2 Artikeln die lieferbaren 2 Artikel ("auf Lager") nicht geliefert. Auszug der Mail der Firma (eine Woche nach Bestellung) "Wir können gerne eine Teillieferung anlegen, allerdings müssten wir für die Nachlieferung nochmals die Versandkosten berechnen."

Meine ursprüngliche Bewertung nehme ich daher zurück. Sie gilt nur für Waren "auf Lager". Bei Teillieferungen zeigt sich die Firma wenig kundenfreundlich und fordert mehrmals Versandkosten!
