"Servicewüste"

Habe vor einigen Wochen eine motorisierte Leinwand bestell, die damals als "im Zulauf" angegeben wurde.
Nach zweieinhalb Wochen bekam ich dann die Mitteilung, dass der Artikel nicht lieferbar sei, und die Frage, ob ich ein alternatives Produkt bestellen möchte. Das habe ich natürlich bejaht -- vorgeschlagen wurde dann jedoch eine Leinwand mit vollkommen anderen Spezifikationen und Maßen.

Ein Hinweis auf diesen Sachverhalt wurde mit einer relativ patzigen E-Mail beantwortet, ich könne ja gern selbst im Shop suchen.

Seitdem ist der Artikel noch immer nicht aus dem Webshop verschwunden.
