"Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert, (vor allem) für Selbstabholer"

Bei Atelco kaufe ich ausschließlich im Duisburger Laden bzw. bestelle zur Selbstabholung über das Internet. In mehr als einem Jahrzehnt habe ich dort schon unendlich viele Käufe getätigt und war bislang stets äußerst zufrieden. Der Service ist prima. Die Rückgabe von Artikeln ist absolut unproblematisch; defekte Ware wird innerhalb der Gewährleistungsfrist ebenfalls problemlos getauscht oder sogar das Geld zurückerstattet. Die Beratung vor Ort hat mich schon mehrmals positiv überrascht; so kompetente (und nette) Verkäufer findet man längst nicht überall.

Die Preise sind teilweise etwas höher als in anderen Online-Shops, aber solange sich der Mehrpreis in einem überschaubaren Rahmen hält, kaufe ich lieber bei Atelco, weil dort das "Gesamtpaket" einfach stimmt.
