"Gebrauchtwarenhändler?"

Habe jetzt zum zweiten Mal bei ATELCO gekauft, und jedesmal habe ich das Gefühl, ein gebrauchtes Produkt zu erhalten. Die Verpackung war definitiv schon geöffnet gewesen, die Bedienungsanleitung war zerfleddert. Am Produkt selbst gibt es keine Beanstandungen.
Auch Lieferung und e-Mail-Infos zum Bestell-/Versandstatus sind vorbildlich.

wir möchten uns vielmals für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen.
