"Sehr netter, schneller Shop"

Habe jetzt schon das zweite Mal etwas hier bestellt und muss sagen, es war jedes Mal sehr angenehm.
Das Sortiment, das Preisniveau, wie auch die der Internetauftritt sind sehr gut. Man findet sich schnell zurecht, hat man die gewünschte Ware gefunden folgt eine schnelle Bestellabwicklung (beide Male mit Paypal bezahlt und zwei Tage später die Ware in Empfang nehmen dürfen).

Bei meiner letzten Bestellung war ich leider mit dem Bestellten nicht zufrieden, doch auch hier bewies sich telbay als sehr gut.
Nach meiner Anfrage nach einem Widerruf wurde mir am nächsten Tag geantwortet und die nächsten Schritte erläutet. Nach einem Tag Bearbeitung ist das Geld wieder auf meinem Paypal-Konto.

Hierbei handelt es sich um einen sehr vorbildlichen Kundenservice und sehr guten After Sales Support, wie ich es sonst nur von Amazon und Alternate gewohnt bin.

Daher gibt es meinerseits ein klare Empfehlung für einen sehr guten Shop.
