"Meine Erfahrung mit dem Telbay Shop..."Hallo liebe Internet-Gemeinde.
Telbay hat alle meine Erwartungen an einen Internetshop erfüllt und sogar noch übertroffen.
Ich hatte ein HTC Flyer bei Telbay bestellt so um ca. 14.00 Uhr, danach eine Bestätigungsmail mit nachfolgender Paketnummer erhalten. Am nächsten Morgen um 10.00 Uhr war die Ware schon bei mir Zuhause.
Also schneller geht es nicht.
Leider hatte das Gerät eine Fehlerhafte Touchscheibe wozu Telbay aber nichts konnte sondern die Produktionsfirma. Ein kurzer Brief und der Betrag wurde mir in 3 Tagen ohne wenn und aber auf mein Konto zurückerstattet.
Da können sich andere Shops mal eine Scheibe abschneiden. Daraufhin habe ich mir das HTC Flyer nach einiger Überlegung und ein paar Tagen nochmals bei Telbay bestellt.
Habe es wieder am nächsten Tag geliefert bekommen. Zum Glück war diesmal alles mit dem Gerät in Ordnung.
Also meine Bestellungen hat Telbay vorbildlich abgewickelt und ich kann den Telbay Shop nur wärmstens empfehlen. Werde dort bald wieder gerne einkaufen.
