"Guter Preis zu LANGEN Lieferzeiten"

Ich habe mir vor 2 Wochen das W960i bestellt , an einem Sonntag.
Habe das Geld am Montag überwiesen , Dienstag ist es übergekommen , jedoch keine Mail erhalten , dass es übergekommen sei.
Gewartet bis Donnerstag, dann eine Mail hingeschickt und Samstag eine nüchterne Entschuldigung erhalten für die "kleine" Verzögerung. Das Paket sollte am nächsten Montag rausgehen.
Gewartet ..
Montag keine Versandbestätigung erhalten..
Dienstag auch keine Mail im Postfach..
Mittwoch dann endlich eine Bestätigung!
.. also sowas ist alles andere als schnell , das Handy hätte schon nach 5 Tagen ankommen können , ist aber erst nach 1 1/2 Wochen hier eingetroffen.

Fazit:

- langsamer Kundenservice
