"nicht lieferbar und keine Info"

leider sehr schlechter Service was die Information über einen zur Zeit nicht lieferbaren Artikel betrifft. Es ist bereits bezahlt und trotz Angabe, daß der Artikel in 2-3 Tagen geliefert wird, bekam ich erst am 4. Tag eine Information, daß der Artikel zur nicht am Lager ist, aber innerhalb der nächsten 8-10 Tagen geliefert wird. Ab dann war Schweigen. Erst nach 16 Tagen und nur auf meine Anfrage sagte man mir, daß der Artikel nicht mehr lieferbar ist und man die Rückerstattung des Geldes prüft. WAS GIBT ES DA DENN ZU PRÜFEN ????? Das ist schon fast kriminell, wenn man 3 Monate lang von jemanden das Geld einbehält und keine entsprechende Gegenleistung erfolgt. Ich bestelle dort jedenfalls nie wieder !!
