"Stark gebrauchten Artikel als Neuware erhalten"

Hallo,

ich hatte ein laut Shop sofort lieferbares Sony Tablet S bestellt. Der Versand nahm dann doch drei Tage in Anspruch. Ob die Verfügbarkeitsangabe gestimmt hat, kann ich nur vermuten. Erhalten habe ich ein offensichtlich stark gebrauchtes und verkratztes Tablet in einem recht ramponierten, entsiegeltem Karton.

Solch einen Artikel als Neuware zu verschicken, empfinde ich schon als Frechheit. Wenn man so etwas als Rückware bekommt, darf man es eben nicht akzeptieren. Die Erstattung meiner Rücksendung erfolgte dann aber zügig, obwohl meine Rücksendekosten nicht erstattet wurden. Auch dies hat sich zwar mittlerweile eingebürgert, ist in diesem Fall aber besonders ärgerlich.

Ich werde zukünftig von Bestellungen bei diesem Shop Abstand nehmen.
