"Reklamation Grafikkarte"Hallo,
habe bei A-Com eine Grafikkarte erworben - ca. 120€.
Innerhalb der 2 Jahre trat ein Fehler auf - die Grafikkarte ging kaputt.
Eingeschickt -> Fehlerbestätigt. Nach 5 Wochen bekam ich endlich eine Antwort.
Meine Grfikkarte sei einbehalten worden und ich erhalte eine Gutschrift über 47€ ...
Eine Frechheit meiner Ansicht nach!
Selbst der Rechtsweg konnte mir schließlich nur eine schlechtere Alternative bieten.
Somit kein weiterer Kommentar!
Kauf mag okey sein - Kundenservice bekommt jedoch von mir die schlechtest mögliche note!
