"Bei mir ok"

Ich habe einen MP3-Player gekauft. Die Bezahlung per Kreditkarte scheiterte aus unerklärlichen Gründen, weswegen ich vorab überweisen musste, und zu Lastschrift ist Plus offenbar nicht in der Lage. Es erfolgte eine verstümmelte Bestellbestätigung per E-Mail. Obwohl ich sofort online überwies, bekam ich wenig später eine Mahnung per E-Mail - zu einer Zeit, wo es durchaus logisch ist, dass die Überweisung eben noch nicht da ist. Danach erfolgte der Versand immerhin prompt (per DHL-Paket). DHL hat sich zwar wieder Eskapaden geleistet, aber das wollen wir mal nicht Plus anlasten, zumal die anderen Paketdienste meist entweder genauso schlimm oder noch übler sind (hallo, GLS). Zu Service und Gewährleistungs- oder Garantieabwicklung kann ich nichts sagen, da ich dazu noch keine Veranlassung hatte. Solange es dabei bleibt, würde ich wohl wieder bei Plus bestellen.
