"100% katastrophaler Service!!!"

Habe vor ca. einem halben Jahr einen MP3 Player erstanden. Anscheinend war aber der Flash-Speicher defekt, so das Aussetzer und ein korruptes Dateisystem die Regel waren. Habe mich daher im September an den Plus-"Service" gewandt. Keine Reaktion! Wochen später nachgefragt, irgendwelche Umstrukturierungen bla, bla. Na gut, kann ja mal passieren. Retourkarte erhalten, Ende November Gerät zurückgeschickt. Wieder wochenlang keine Reaktion bis ich letzte Woche wieder nachgefragt habe. Und dann wurde es lustig:
1. Man will mir einen Gutschein geben. Ich bestehe auf Ersatzlieferung.
2. Ersatzlieferung leider nicht möglich, Begründung keine (Gerät wird im Shop immer noch angeboten, ist aber teurer), also nur Gutschrift.
3. Akzeptiere zähneknirschend Gutschrift.
4. Mir wird mitgeteilt, dass mir nur etwa 1/3 uberwiesen werden soll, für den Rest gibt's einen Gutschein (ich hatte das Gerät größtenteils mit Gutschein erworben).
5. Ich werde sauer, zähle §§§ ("Wandlung!") auf und bestehe auf Ersatzlieferung.
6. Ergebnis: Ich bekomme einen neuen Gutscheincode per Mail.
7. Letzter Versuch, ziemlich pampige Mail von mir
8. Ergebnis steht noch aus.
