3) "Sehr guter Kundenservice"Ich habe bei digital-versand.de über MeinPaket eine Bestellung über 10 Oral-B Zahnbürstenköpfe aufgegeben. Verkauft werden sollten 8 + 2 Stück im Mega-Pack.
digital-versand.de hat jedoch das Paket mit 8 Stück angeboten, also wurden auch nur 8 Stück geliefert.
Auf Anfrage wurden mir jedoch ohne Probleme die zwei fehlenden Bürstenköpfe erstattet, das Geld war am nächsten Tag auf meinem Konto.

2) "Kingston SSDNow V+ 200 60GB"Ich hatte in diesem Shop aufgrund der Listung bei Geizhals eine Kingston SSDNow V+ 200 60GB zum sehr günstigen Preis von 43,49 € (inkl. Versand) bestellt.
Offenbar konnte oder wollte die digital-versand.de Online GmbH nicht liefern und hat daher die Bestellung storniert. Solche Fehler (z.B. aus Versehen gelistet, zum falschen Preis gelistet) sind ärgerlich und dürfen nicht passieren.
