"Der Online Shop ist eine einzige Katastrophe"

Ich habe bei Saturn Online ein Nikon Objektiv bestellt. Geliefert wurde das falsche. Nach meiner Reklamation musse ich wochenlang auf eine Antwort warten. Erst konnte man mir überhaupt keine Auskunft geben, dann wurde zu gesagt, dass richtige Produkt zu liefern und letztendlich hat man versucht den Kaufvertrag rückabzuwickeln. Saturn hat 4 Wochen mein Geld behalten ohne auf meine Anfragen zu reagieren. Trotz Klärungsversuche meinerseits habe ich mein Geld immer noch nicht zurück erhalten. Wie gesagt, Kundenanfragen werden ignoriert. Ich kann nur jedem abraten bei diesem Shop etwas zu bestellen. Seriös ist er nicht.
