"vertrösten und warten..."

ich habe im Oktober zwei externe Festplatte bestellt, leider konnte ich nicht länger warten und habe die Bestellung am 19.11. widerrufen. Der Wideruf und die Abholbestätigung durch saturn.de haben sich leider überschnitten, die Ware sollte automatisch (lt Mail von Saturn) wieder zurück ans Lager gehen und die Rückbuchung der Zahlung (KK) umgehend erfolgen. Darauf warte ich mittlerweile 5 Wochen, als Antwort auf meine Nachfrage erhalte ich leider nur die Auskunft "wir bitten Sie noch um etwas Geduld. Die Rückerstattung wurde bereits angestoßen." 5 Wochen ist schon eine echt lange Zeit. Dieser Punkt ist echt verbesserungsfähig. Mal sehen wie es weitergeht.
