"Unglaublich guter Service"

Ich hatte beim Austausch einer Tastatur an meinem HP Netbook ein kleine Plastikschiene zerbrochen, die zur Fixierung des Kontaktbandes diente. Vergeblich habe ich beim Hersteller und zahlreichen Ersatzteilhändlern versucht, dieses Teil zu bekommen. Beim Telefonsupport von HP bekam ich sogar die Auskunft, dass ich dieses Teil wohl in ganz Deutschland nirgendwo bekommen könne. Auf meine Antwort, dass ich dann das Netbook wegen eines Cent-Artikels "entsorgen" müsse, gab es nur den Kommentar "dies sei dann wohl so". Dann bekam ich den Tip, es bei Notebook.de zu versuchen. Ich habe per E-Mail Kontakt aufgenommen und bekam nur zwei Tage später das Teil zugesandt und dies völlig kostenfrei. Das nenne ich Kundenservice. Ich hätte bis dahin nicht geglaubt, das so etwas in der heutigen Zeit noch möglich ist. Firmen wie Notebook.de müsste es mehrere geben. Besser geht es nicht mehr. Danke!!!
