"Ein Witz!!!"Am freitag habe ich in dem shop an gerufen wegen der Verfügbarkeit eines iMacs 27". Am Telefon sagte man mir das 5 Stück auf Lager seien.
10 Minuten später hab ich die Bestellung ab geschickt.
Ich wollte den Mac dann im Laden in Darmstadt ab holen.
Dazu kam es aber nicht...
Habe dann nach 3 Telefonaten mal jemanden an den Hörer bekommen der mir dann ehrlich sagte das Apple Lieferschwierigkeiten hätte.
Auf meine Frage, dass ich ja extra nachgefragt habe und mir versichert wurde das noch 5 auf Lager seien hat er sich nur rausgeredet von wegen er kenne den Bestand vom Freitag nicht.
Ich müsse ja eh warten den ich bekähme den jetzt eh nirgends her.
Ich habe dann Gestern noch die Bestellung storniert und bei Gravis bestellt. Allein der Bestellvorgang am Telefon war ein Traum. Da merkt man das bei Gravis Mitarbeiter sind die sich aus kennen.
Momentan hat Gravis eine nette Aktion mit HP. Mac und einen HP drucker kaufen und man bekommt von HP 80 Euro Cash-Back.
