"nie wieder Tradoria"

Ich habe Canon Multifunktionsdrucker über Tradoria bestellt. Hierzu bekam ich auch eine Versandbestätigung, die Geräte kamen aber nie an. Dafür erhalte ich Mahnungen und Inkassoandrohungen. Auf Nachfrage erhielt ich die Info dass mir Abliefernachweise besorgt werden, die kamen aber nie an, anstelle dessen die Aussage per Mail: "wir sind nur für die Bezahlung zuständig, wegen der Lieferung wenden Sie sich an unseren Partner" - superklasse, Inkasso- und Mahnmaßnahmen einleiten, egal ob geliefert wurde. Mein Anwalt hat jetzt den Fall übernommen und sich über soviel "professionalität" regelrecht gefreut.
Wer hier kauft ist selber schuld!
