Bought a Motorola RAZR HD when it was released a few weeks ago (14/10). There was very limited stock, but it was displayed correctly (4 in stock) and I was able to order in stock.
Next day I received e-mail from DHL that the package was sent to Belgium. This was via air so it was here in 2 days. Only problem is that tracking did not update but this was bpost's fault (partner of DHL in Belgium). A telephone to their helpdesk cleared up confusion and package was on time.
There seems to be a problem with 4G, but it might be a problem with Proximus (provider) and not the phone's radio. I have contacted HTM and they respond quickly with instructions for warranty. Very good!
I like everything about this shop. Today I have ordered a RAZR i with them because of great service. Only thing: I paid extra for shipping because phone is over EUR 500 (insurance). For more expensive products, I would expect a better service instead of charging extra.
