"Guter Elektroladen"

Ich habe bei Conrad schon öfter bestellt, musste auch schon Waren reklamieren und es gab nie Probleme. Obgleich der Versand meist nicht so fix ist, dass die Sendung schon am nächsten Tag ankommt, so doch meist am übernächsten, womit Conrad auch in Bezug auf die Lieferzeit gut abschneidet. Auch Reservierungen lagernder Produkte in den Läden vor Ort mit Bezahlung über das Internet ist kein Problem und hat bisher immer geklappt. Die Navigation auf der Website ist dank der gut gegliederten Kategorien meist kein Problem - falls doch, hilft die Suche auf jeden Fall weiter.
Das einzige, was mich bei Conrad stört, ist die sehr endproduktlastige Produktpalette, in der man viele Einzel-, Ersatzteile oder Bauelemente vergebens sucht. Das ist für ein Elektrofachhandel nicht befriedigend.
