"20m Kabel in 2 Teilen: 10,3m und 9,4m"

Für eine ca. 16m Leerrohr-Strecke habe ich 20m Meterware Spezialkabel (EIB mit Versorgung kombiniert, 4EUR pro Meter) bestellt, per Paypal bezahlt und wie üblich sehr schnell zugesandt bekommen. Hierfür ein dickes Lob!

Leider war wohl ein Rest von 12m schon vorhanden, der auf 10,3m gekürzt wurde (vergilbter Zettel mit 12m und Korrektur auf 10m hing noch dran), der zusammen mit einem 9,4m Neukabel verschickt wurde. Mit den 2 Teilen konnte ich 1. nichts anfangen und 2. waren es keine 20m.

Anruf bei der Hotline: Kabel bitte zurück schicken auf Kosten von Conrad und tauschen lassen mit der Angabe, dass das Kabel in einem Stück sein soll.

Da die Installation nicht warten konnte, musste ich das Kabel anderweitig besorgen.

Hallo und vielen Dank für Ihren Hinweis. Der von Ihnen beschriebene Vorfall ist natürlich nicht akzeptabel und absolut nicht Stil unseres Hauses. Selbstverständlich werden wir Ihrem Hinweis hausintern nachgehen und solche Fälle in Zukunft vermeiden.
Dank Ihrer Hilfe ist es uns möglich unsere Schwachstellen aufzudecken und diese zu verbessern.
