mir ist etwas seltsames bei conrad passiert.
ich habe gutscheine im onlineportal eineglöst und habe auch noch ware dazubestellt. nach der bestellung, mußte ich einen artikel stornieren, da dieser nicht lieferbar war. nach einiger zeit habe ich die ware erhalten und für mich war die sache erledigt. doch einige zeit später wurde mir der eingelöste gutschein in rechnung gestellt, da der bestellte warenwert nicht hoch genug gewesen sei. ich bin doch nicht dafür verantwortlich, dass conrad ware nicht liefern kann und ich bei einem anderen händler bestelle - ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar und meiner meinung nach auch rechtswiedrig!

Wird jedoch Ware durch den Kunden abgesagt und somit der Bestellwert gesenkt, werden die Gutscheine oder andere Gratisartikel vom System abgesagt.
