Gerne möchte ich mich nochmals persönlich um diesen Vorgang kümmern. Bitte teilen Sie uns hierfür Ihre Kundennummer und vollständige Adresse mit. Ebenso ist es sehr interessant für mich zu wissen, ob diese Vorgehensweise über eine unserer Filialen stattgefunden hat oder aber über unseren Versand.
