"Schneller Versand, Vorsicht bei Rücksendungen"

Zwei Bestellungen bei PDA Max (in beiden Fällen per Kreditkarte) wurden sehr schnell versendet -- insofern sehr lobenswert.

Jedoch vertritt die Firma eine eigentümliche Rechtsauffassung, was die Versandkostenerstattung bei Widerruf einzelner Artikel über 40 EUR angeht. So wurden mir die Rücksendekosten für einen Artikel erst nach einer sich über mehrere Mails erstreckenden Diskussion erstattet -- allerdings ohne dass wirklich eingesehen wurde, dass diese Erstattung gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist. Argumentiert wurde, dass die Formulierung in den AGB (die übrigens "üblicher Standard" sind) von Widerruf reden, und ein Widerruf nur bezüglich der gesamten Bestellung, nicht aber einzelner Artikel möglich sei -- ein juristischer Trugschluss. Schade, dass ein ansonsten sympathischer Shop sich so Wieder-Besteller vergrault.
