"Soweit Guter Shop auch im Retourenfall"

Ich hab dort ein Handy gekauft, es wurde schnell und sehr gut verpackt geliefert (hatte mit Paypal bezahlt). Leider hat sich beim Testen rausgestellt das es eine bestimmte Funktion die ich benötige nicht konnte (war aus der Produktbeschreibung leider auch nicht eindeutig rauszulesen) deshalb musste ich es zurückschicken.
Also Im Rücksende Formular auf der Shopseite eine Retourenpaketmarke bestellt welche am nächsten tag per mail kam, Ausgedruckt und Paket zurückgesendet. Zwei Tage später kam schon die Empfangsbestätigung von hoh und einen weiteren Tag danach die Bestätigung der Gutschrift aufs Paypal Konto. Also insgesamt hat die Rückabwicklung (zurückschicken + Gutschrift) knapp eine Woche gedauert.
Das macht selbst ein bekannter amerikanischer Onlinehändler nicht besser. Bin sehr zufrieden mit hoh.de
