"Wieder bestellt, wieder zufrieden"

Ich kann hoh.de eigentlich nur empfehlen, musste diesmal jedoch auch mal den Kundenservice in Anspruch nehmen, da im Bestellvorgang ein Fehler aufgetreten ist. Trotz meiner Anwahl von PayPal-Zahlung sollte ich per Vorkase zahlen, zum Glück merkte ich das gleich anhand der Bestellbestätigung, also angerufen, ca. 10 Min in der Warteschleife, Sachverhalt erklärt und Lösung geboten bekommen. Ich solle neu bestellen und der hoh-Mitarbeiter storniert die Vorkassenbestellung. Soweit so gut, gesagt, getan. Ware neu bestellt (war zum Glück noch auf Lager) und per PayPal bezahlt. Am nächsten Tag nachgesehen, beide Bestellungen noch auf "in Bearbeitung", MIST(!); eMail mit Info über Zahlungseingang per Paypal auf stornierte Bestellung erhalten, also wieder den Kundenservice angerufen, wieder knapp 10Min, aber dann eine nette Dame dran gehabt, die mit der Buchhaltung Rücksprache gehalten hat und das Ganze hat auf die richtige Bestellung buchen lassen. Dadurch halt leider nur einen Tag verloren. Ware kam dann aber wieder gut und sauber verpackt an. Ansonsten wäre es wieder perfekt gewesen. Trotzdem eine absolute Empfehlung, wenn der Preis der jeweiligen Ware stimmt, würde ich immer wieder bei hoh.de kaufen.
