Ich habe hier bereits einmal MIX Bewertet:

Hier der Nachtrag.
Aufgrund meiner schlechten Erfahrungen rief mich ein Mitarbeiter von MIX an, der sich überschwänglich für die Fehlleistungen seines Unternehmens entschuldigte.
Ich bekam eine kleine Gutschrift für meine Umstände.
Auch wurde die Ware dann doch mit DHL verschickt, nicht mit dem Billig-Anbieter "trans-o-flex".
Es hat also durchaus etwas gebracht, sich zu beschweren.

Nichts desto trotz werde ich bei zeitkritischen Bestellungen nicht mehr bei MIX bestellen.

Es würde das Unternehmen deutlich günstiger kommen, wenn sie in ihrer Logistik etwas mehr Geld in die Hand nehmen würden, statt Schadensbegrenzung durchzuführen, nachdem das Kind in den Brunnen gefallen ist. Denn wirklich schnell war der Versand über trans-o-flex keinesfalls...
